He has worked across a variety of leadership roles CEO at MIBS Myanmar & Head of Country Operations at ISON BPO Myanmar, working with major telecom clients Telenor, Airtel & Ooredoo having a Global footprint.
Ashwani has over 20+ Years of experience in Customer Service management, Process Quality improvement, C-Sat Score enhancement, IVR rolls Out, New Contact Center launches, Cost reduction and Revenue Enhancement, Vendor management, Collection, and Process Development in Telecom and BPO Industry. He is Six Sigma Green belt certified.
Before joining YellowStone, He worked for India’s Major telecom service provider (Vodafoneidea Ltd.) with over 388 million Subscribers. He has vast experience in ensuring day-to-day SL delivery, consistency & improvement in transaction quality & reduction in Complaints/Calls per subscriber, Improvement in IVR/self-service Resolution.
As a good team leader, he invests a lot of time in employees training and development, mentoring, and performance management.
Ni Ni is a passionate person with more than a decade of experience in multiple domains. Before joining Yellowstone, she worked with Bagan Thiriripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort and was responsible for managing sales strategies for all the markets.
From Marketing Executive to Director of Sales, her professional journey was commendable. She built a strong relationship with the UMTA, MHA, MTM, and other relevant associations. In her previous work, she helped the management in several functions to support sales, achieve the marketing objective, sales target & goal, make effective sales visit to every Corporate Company, Embassies, NGOs, Travel Agents, and Individual Customers.
During her ongoing journey with YellowStone, she grows her career from Manager to GM as she performs 24/7 with her highest energy to bloom 1000+ members team. She handles day-to-day operations for multiple processes of YellowStone including e-KYC, Call Centre, and FOS activities with the least of fails and brings continuous success.
