When the initial outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic required cities to adopt shelter-in-place orders, many employees had the opportunity to work from home for the first time. realizing they can successfully do their jobs without commuting into an office, now more workers than ever want to continue working remote a practice also referred to as telecommuting or telework. Most of the IT, software, business outsourcing processes embraced the solution of work from home (WFH), and a recent survey has shown that WFH solution has increased. Where 63 % of high productivity companies had adopted a “productivity anywhere” workforce model, allowing employees to either work from the office or work from home.

During the pandemic period – YellowStone proactively took employees' health safeguard as a priority and business continuity. Ramped up the entire process to WFH solution for all the voice and non-voice processes phase-wise without any business impact.
