Mr. Sanjay Hirpara is a People’s Person and has been associated with Group since 2005. He is also the Managing Director & CEO of iGenesis Technologies Ltd (Myanmar) and has constructively contributed to the Organizational Growth & Success in countries such as India, Nepal, Sri-lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Indonesia, Philippines & Myanmar.
He is an Engineering Graduate from the University of Mumbai and holds rich industry experience of over 20 years in the areas of Engineering, Business Operation Management, Organizational Development & Team Management etc.

Yadvinder Singh has over 20 years’ experience and excellent track record of working with multinational organizations. He has extensive experience and expertise in BPO Setup Strategy, Operations & Client Engagement.
He heads our business operations based out of Myanmar and plays a leadership role in developing our presence across the South East Asia region – Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.
Prior to Yellow Stone, Yadvinder was CEO of Mascon International Business Services (MIBS) Myanmar, where he successfully transformed the company’s go-to-market strategy, brand and balance sheet.
His leadership resulted in the organization’s recognition Fastest Growing Company in Myanmar Market. He has worked across a variety of leadership, Operations & business development roles at ISON BPO, Myanmar, working with major telecom clients having Global footprint.
Olga Semenyuk has extensive experience of working with reputed Multinational Companies in Europe in the field of Telecom, Insurance and Online Sales. She was associated with leading Telecom brand (MTS), Insurance company (AXA Insurance), Online brand Baby-sleep.ru as Call Center Expert and in People Engagement function for over 10 years.
At Yellowstone she heads our Customer Experience, Corporate Communication and Public Relations function. She will be responsible for capturing Voice of Customer and translating it into Design thinking, brand management, people development and performance management to create complete alignment and synergy with Customer needs.
She will create deep engagement with Customers, Industry bodies, Government and lead Yellowstone business growth plans by designing innovative strategies & solutions as expected of a World Class Business Services company and a responsible Corporate Citizen of Myanmar.
Vinod is Chartered accountant and CFO on the Yellowstone team, having worked with clients like ICICI, Titan and Container Corporation of India etc., earlier.
He has cleared his CA with distinction and always wanted to explore emerging market as an opportunity to learn and grow respectively. He has experiences across domain as varied as BFSI, Logistics and Retail.
Before Yellowstone, Vinod had worked with Hoya Surgical Optics for over 3 years and has travelled extensively within India as part of his job profile.
He brings with him a clear and fresh perspective to the financial table, ensuring his personal and the organizational growth trajectory.
Kishor brings with him exemplary telecom and IT infrastructure management expertise of over 20+ years.
Before Yellowstone, he was responsible for setting up the entire ground up hardware and software infrastructure for Telenor IT rollout. He was also responsible for major contact center rollout projects in INDIA and IT transformation projects for Airtel, Sri Lanka.
His vast experience in setting up and managing complex technology deployment, data center operations and IT service delivery functions across the length and breadth of India had enabled him to work and interact and partner directly with top of the line providers like Avaya, Cisco, Nortel , Microsoft and Amazon to name a few. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt holder and is a Prince2 Practitioner
Ashwani Kumar has over 16 years of experience in Customer Service Management, Process Quality Improvement, CSat score enhancement, IVR Roll Out, New contact center launches, cost reduction and revenue enhancement, Vendor management, collection and process development in Telecom and BPO Industry. He is six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Before joining Yellowstone, he worked for India's Major telecom service providers (VodafoneIdea Ltd) with over 388 Million subscriber. He has vast experience in ensuring day to day SL Delivery, consistency & improvement in transaction quality and reduction in compliants/Call per subsriber, improvement in IVR/self-service Resolution.
As a good team leader he invests a lot of time in employees training and development, mentoring and performance management.
